Michail Andrianakis

With over ten years of experience in construction and project management in Germany, Greece, and the UK, Michail Andrianakis has successfully executed projects for major global brands such as Amazon UK, Coca-Cola, and Deutsche Bahn. His expertise encompasses managing complex infrastructure, distribution, and production projects, handling all stages from design and tendering to execution and commissioning.

Michail started his career in architecture and urban design, obtaining a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University in Greece, followed by a dual Master’s program in Urban Design at Jade University in Germany. Utilizing his technical and managerial skills, he has advanced through roles that demanded exceptional leadership, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
